Welcome to the Englewood Performing Arts Series

The Tuesday Tradition

Greetings, dear patrons,

With heavy hearts, the board of directors of the Englewood Performing Arts Series have decided to close EPAS for good. This was a very difficult decision. The resurgence of Covid-19 in Florida makes restarting the series risky at best and irresponsible at worst. The safety of our patrons, board, volunteers, and performers must be first and foremost. Also, we do not have the volunteers needed to run the series, nor the guarantee of an open venue.

The Board of Directors would like to thank all of you for supporting EPAS by purchasing tickets and making donations over the years. It has been enjoyable and rewarding for all of us to do our part to bring quality entertainment to the residents of the greater Englewood area at a reasonable price. We will miss working with each other and seeing all of the friends we have made at the performances. It's been an amazing run for 38 years and in its heyday was the crown jewel of the arts in Englewood. We hope that you'll continue to follow the artists that were booked for the current season (below); they turn up in the vicinity now and then, and the Venice Symphony and Sarasota Orchestra are just up the road.
